ANSWERS TO ALL THOSE QUESTIONS.....
Q: How long will it take before I can view my child/rens photographs?
A: You will be emailed your username and password to access your proofs in approximately 12 working days from the date of the party you attended!
Q: What if I don’t have email or access to a computer?
A: If you don’t have access to a computer you can request proof sheets. Proof Sheets cost $5 and will take approximately 21 working days, as they need to be printed.
Alternatively we can upload your proofs onto the web, call you with your details and you can use a friend’s computer to view your proofs.
Q: How many photographs will be available for me to select from?
A: Up to 12 images of each child, plus a montage will be available. Plus up to 6 family shots.
Q: What sizes are Montages available in?
A: Montages are only available in 3 sizes: 11x14, 13x16 and 16x20 and are priced differently to our standard prints.
Q: Can I change the photographs in my montage if I don’t want to use to ones in the example provided?
A: We can change any/all the photographs in your montage for you, your first lot of changes is free of charge (so pick carefully). Any additional change/s will be charged at $10.
Q: Can I change the sizes of some of the photographs in the package deals?
A: No our packages can not be changed.
Q: How long do I have to place my order?
A: Once you have received your username and password, you will have 2 weeks to place your order. If you order after the 2 week period a late order fee of $10 will be applied! If you have already placed an order and are ordering additional photographs this fee will be waived.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Your order will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive.
Q: Are my photographs printed at a professional lab?
A: All Butternut Snapz photographs are carefully edited and professionally printed to achieve quality long lasting images.

Q: What are the benefits of the pink identification strip on my photographs?
A: The pink identification strip on your photographs serves many purposes; it shows that your photographs have been printed at a professional photographic lab, which ensures that you have received a quality long lasting image.
Your photograph is still the full size that you ordered, the pink strip has been added as extra length! Most photographs are framed, so the strip will not be visible, alternatively you can simply cut it off!
